Apple hardware sucks! I have yet to own a piece of Apple hardware (3 Macs, 2 iPods over the last 18 years - I keep foolishly trying) that hasn't completely broken or died immediately after the warranty ends. Even my no-moving-parts postage-stamp-sized shuffle has a bad memory sector that can't be cured by reformatting. I'm resigned to whatever song lands in that spot terminates unexpectedly. A friend of mine is also a 3G iPhone owner that has the continued dropped calls + no 3G funtion problem. Apple has been very unhelpful with him. What would anyone buy their stuff? It looks cool, but it is engineered poorly. I need my gadgets and tools to reliably work!
