the bank didn't sign the purchase agreement on behalf of the seller. they will foreclose and try to sell the house for more than we offered (and can really afford).
sad.

hey, babe, sorry to hear it. but even though it feels crushing, you'll be surprised how many more houses you'll find in your price range that you love just as much. Eric and I made offers on 2 before the one we finally bought, and now I am sure we got the best one after all.

Same here. This is our second house that we made an offer on. Besides, its so much fun to look-pick on others sense of decor, that's half the fun.
